Back in early 2019, SagiMind began as a two-person team working from a shared office in Blagoevgrad. We weren't trying to reinvent anything — just help local businesses show up better in search results.
The Bulgaria market taught us quickly. Business owners here don't want jargon or magic tricks. They want clear explanations and results they can actually track. That became our foundation.
We've grown since then, but the approach hasn't changed much. Work with real people, explain what we're doing, and focus on techniques that actually hold up over time.
Started with five clients and a lot of trial and error. Spent most of our time learning what didn't work — which turned out to be just as valuable as finding what did. Our first office was barely bigger than a closet, but we made it work.
A local retailer came to us after being burned by another agency. They'd paid for shortcuts that left their site in worse shape. We spent three months cleaning up the mess and rebuilding properly. That project shaped how we talk to clients now — no promises we can't keep, no techniques we wouldn't use on our own sites.
Brought on two more team members and moved to a proper office space. Started working with clients outside Blagoevgrad — some in Sofia, a few in other Bulgarian cities. The work got more complex, but the principles stayed simple. Understand the business, improve what matters, measure honestly.
Currently supporting around thirty businesses with their search presence. Some have been with us since the beginning. Others are just starting. Each one gets the same attention — regular updates, honest assessments, and work we're comfortable putting our name on.
Search Strategy Lead
Been doing this since 2017. Spends way too much time reading algorithm updates and testing theories. Believes most ranking problems come from not understanding what people actually search for. Drinks too much coffee, but gets results.
Content & Technical Specialist
Joined us in 2022 after working in web development. Handles the technical side — site structure, speed issues, indexing problems. Also writes when needed. Has a talent for explaining complicated stuff in ways that actually make sense to business owners.
We tell clients what's actually happening with their sites. Sometimes that means admitting we don't know something yet. Sometimes it means explaining why their timeline expectations need adjusting. People appreciate straight talk more than they appreciate false reassurance.
Every technique we use needs to hold up over time. If something feels like gaming the system, we skip it. This approach might be slower, but it means clients don't wake up to penalties or sudden ranking drops. Sleep is underrated.
We show clients exactly what changed and why. Traffic numbers, ranking positions, conversion patterns — all presented in formats that make sense for running a business. No hiding behind vague metrics or industry buzzwords that sound impressive but mean nothing.
Every project starts with understanding what success looks like for that specific business. Then we build from there.
We look at the current site, existing content, technical setup, and competitive landscape. This usually takes a week or two. No rushing — getting this part wrong wastes everyone's time later.
Based on what we found, we map out what needs work. Could be technical fixes, content gaps, structural issues, or a combination. We present options with realistic timeframes and honest assessments of difficulty.
We handle the actual work — writing, optimizing, fixing technical problems, adjusting site structure. Clients get regular updates showing progress. If something isn't working as expected, we adjust the approach and explain why.
Search ranking isn't a one-time project. We track performance, catch issues early, and make adjustments as algorithms and competition change. Monthly reports show what's moving and what needs attention.
